A virtual treatment session in the comfort of your home is a very easy and convenient process. It allows you the flexibility to pick a time to suit allowing you to have a session regardless of where you are in the world. All you need is an internet connection and a fairly quiet, private space where you will not be disturbed for at least an hour. HOW IT WORKS

Request a free introductory session outlining your availability by submitting the online consultation form via the Contact page or call 07974 255 474.

You will then be contacted to arrange a convenient time to gather some information on the reason you are requesting hypnotherapy. This session is not a hypnotherapy session.

It will be explained what hypnosis is and how the session will flow and feel along with how hypnotherapy can help address the issue.

A mutually agreeable schedule is then set up with a customized plan on how to approach the issue.

A Client form will be sent prior to the session, please ensure this is returned before the session.
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO

A hands-free desktop, laptop or tablet computer with a webcam. Headphones/ear buds are preferred. Please mute the volume and alerts on the device (not vibration mode) during the session.

Zoom or Skype installed. Please ensure you can connect on either before a session.

Payment details are sent prior to the session and payment is required before the session.

Please Note: there is a 24-hour cancellation policy. If for any reason you need to change or cancel your appointment, a 24-hour notice is required otherwise there is a full session fee charge.

Language: English, ideally as a first language, otherwise the ability to understand and speak English reasonably fluently.
